If you want to root an Android device but don't know how to do it, why do you want to do it and what do you expect to gain from it?
That said, download Kingo Root to your Windows system and connect the phone. You'll need to enable USB debugging then when you start the Kingo utility, it will do the rest. Some devices fail to complete the process but if Kingo can't complete the proesss, it will say so.
