how to factory reset this phone, what possible Android OS can it have?

can someone post a youtube video, or step-by step instructions how to click the volume power buttons to get to the Android "boot" menu?

This is a rather simple thing to Google, with multiple sources to assist:

Using Hardware Buttons (if locked out):

- Power off your phone completely.
- Press and hold the Volume Up, Bixby, and Power buttons simultaneously.
- Release all buttons when the Android logo appears, indicating you've entered the Android recovery mode.
- Use the Volume buttons to navigate to "wipe data/factory reset".
- Press the Power button to select it.
- Confirm by selecting "yes" using the Power button.
- After the data wipe is complete, select "reboot system now" using the Power button.
- Your phone will restart and be reset to its factory settings.
