how to set up gear circle wireless headset with my vizio tv

Can't be specific without model numbers.
If your Vizion TV has bluetooth then pair the headphones with the TV.
If not then you will need an BT transmitter to connect to the TV. Most TVs only have optical audio out so get one with that input.
