Spotify lets you stream from a huge library of music. It's easy to make a playlist of your favorite tunes to rock out to. In fact, you probably want your friends to rock out with you. Here's how you can share your curated playlists on Spotify on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android:
Steps:
For Windows & Mac:
The process of sharing music on Windows & Mac is similar.
1. Right click on the track you want to share.
2. Click on ‘Share...’
3. Type your friend’s Facebook username if you’ve already linked your Facebook on Spotify. If you haven’t linked your Facebook account, you can also type your friend’s Spotify username.
4. If you want, you can add a message.
5. Click on ‘Send’.
For iPad:
1. Go to the album, track, or playlist you want to share.
2. Tap on the ‘Share
’ button in the top right if it’s a playlist or album. And if you want to share a track just hold down on a track until the share button comes up.
3. Tap on the ‘Spotify People’ option or other options of your choice.
4. Scroll down and select the name of the person with whom you want to share the playlist and tap on it.
5. If you want, enter a message.
6. Tap on ‘Send.’
For iPhone:
1. Go to the album, track, or playlist you want to share.
2. Tap on the
button in the top right if it’s a playlist or album. If you want to share a single track the share button is located next to the track in playlists.
3. Tap on ‘Share’.
4. Tap on ‘Send to...’
5. Scroll down and select the method & name of the person with whom you want to share the playlist and Tap on it.
6. If you want, you can enter a message.
7. Tap on ‘Send.’
For Android:
To share an album or playlist:
1. Tap on the Share
button in the top right.
2. Tap on ‘Spotify Friends’ or any other options of your choice.
3. Type the name of the recipient and you can add a message if you’d like.
4. Tap on ‘Send.’
To share a track:
1. Tap on the
arrow symbol next to a track in a playlist.
2. Tap on ‘More’.
3. Tap on ‘Share’ from the pop-up menu.
4. Tap on any option of your choice to share it and select your friend’s name.
5. Tap on Send.
