How to solder input jack on tv cable

Obtain a soldering iron
Obtain some solder, pref lead free
Plug the soldering iron in
Wait until it get hot enough
Apply the heated end of the soldering iron to the two wires you want to connect
Apply the solder, until it flows across both wires, creating a bond
Remove the soldering iron from the wires

Connect and turn on whatever it was you just connected.
Pray that it does not blow up, because you probably connected two things that should not have been connected.

Now...after you've destroyed multiple probably expensive parts....what are you actually trying to do?

If you are talking about the antenna jack on a TV solder doesn't often work. They are usually welded onto the tuner module. Solder isn't strong enough.
And yeah if you have to ask the question you will probably destroy the tuner module with the excess heat.
