How to solve battery problem in toshiba l650 laptop in windows 7

hi
i have been using toshiba L650 laptop since 10months i am facing problem of battery which is not at charging and running on direct current. when i switch on the laptop for only 30 seconds its showing charging signal after that its not charging . i am vexed up with this problem please help me in resolving this issue. os is windows 7.

Get it to Toshiba for a warranty fix before it expires. Don't mess with it yourself, easier to get a warranty replacement or fix.
