How to Stop Heating Of Laptop ?

My laptop is overheating. so, question is how can i stop overheating of my laptop. and wht its overheat, is it problem of hardware or software.

Overheating is when your hardware gets too hot.
you can try to blow into the cooling grill (while pc is turned off), or if you are confident enough opening the laptop and cleaning the cooling fins properly.
there are also laptop stands with build in fans to increase the airflow to the laptop.

You can try a laptop cooler or use a compressed air can to clean it.
