how to stop my ,lenovo laptop sceen to darken when i switch to ac power

when using battery power my Lenovo laptop sreen is normal but when I swich to ac it goes dark

Check the settings for "Power Options" in "Control Panel". I wouldn't be surprised if the display is set to change when you are connected to the charger.
