ok, I followed the instructions to the T and everything went fine. I had even signed up via internet for a twitch account prior to this so there would be no snags so to speak. Well, for some reason, the screen on the right DOES in fact say bluestacks tv as yours does but, mine has a choice of three videos. At the start, I did see a button that said "start stream" so I pressed it, I signed into twitch and authorized and now, three videos to choose from with no other options on the screen to choose from.

That's strange -- have you tried closing and restarting the app? If you can take a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can take a look that would be great.
