pis tell me hw can i send and recive an images through bluetooth in my dell

does your dell have a blue tooth adapter? if yes, there should be a hotkey on your keyboard

as far as send and receive you'll need another blue tooth device, connect them to each other and then hit either send/receive functions

Bluetooth is optional according to the manual. If you have that option it is turned on the same way that the wireless LAN is turned on. Use the Fn key along with the key along the top of your keyboard that looks like an antenna tower. You can also check Device Manager to see if it list a Bluetooth device. Does the wireless network function on your laptop?

check in control panel there you see bluetooth icon and configure it manually.
