How to track a stolen laptop

Does anyone know how to track a stolen laptop??

Unless you had a service like Lojack for Laptops installed and operating BEFORE the loss, you can't. Report the loss to the police and your insurance company (if applicable, many renter's and homeowner's policies cover such things).

If at all possible, report the Make, Model, and Serial Number to the Police. They will pass that information on to local pawn/thrift shops. If a pawn/thrift shop comes across your laptop, they can report it back to the police who can then retrieve the stolen property. It will take some time before you can get it back, but eventually...
