how to track a username

I found a dating site thru spam in his email...with my husbands information (no name or number, just description and age)I heard it before...Someone else must have done that...So instead of questioning right away...I thought I would trace every bit of evidence using the username...How do you do this without having to pay all these sites that might or might not give accurate information??

I've never, ever, been involved or registered with any type of dating site in my life.
Guess what?
I get spam from sites all the time.
I think you're jumping the gun here!
All types of legit sites gather and sometimes sell your info to 3rd parties all the time.
