How to unlock cores

Hi. I would like to know how to unlock the cores on my amd athlon 6400+ 3.2 ghz dual core processor. I am using an biostar A780L motherboard and I am running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.Thanks.

You cant. The old athlon's were made as dual cores and only dual cores. The only CPUs you are unlock cores on are the Athlon II x2/x3 and Phenom II x2/x3 as they are cut down quad core dies, the athlon you have only has 2 cores on it die so there isnt anything to unlock its already available.
