The only way to unlock a phone is through the company that the phone is through. So you would have to contact T-Mobile.

In order to do that you need an active account with tmobile ,but i don't have it, so I am in need to unlock that Motorola Defy MB525 thanks

As far as I know, as long as the phone is not stolen or still under contract, they will unlock them. call again to get another customer service person.
