I need to unlock my note 8 tablet, so I can move my apps stored on internal
Memory to sd card. What is the easiest
And safest way to unlock or root the unit. What happens to data currently on tablet.

I don't think you are actually asking about "unlocking", if you want to move your apps to the SD card that is not "unlocking".
