How to Unsubscribe

I have tried half a dozen or so times to unsuscribe from emails from this forum, each time the following appears on the web page that the unsubscribe button opens:

This action is available via POST only. Please press the back button and try again.

I have emailed the Company Secretary at Futurenet and not received an acknowledgement let alone a reply.

Please will somebody tell me how to stop receiving email headed "A summary of what you missed recently"

Take a look at your profile settings. You should be able to stop those messages there.
