How to use a usb headset aswell as a 35mm jack headset at the same time

so i am trying to use the two headsets i have at the same time, now this would be no problem but one of the headsets is a usb headset and the other is a 35mm jack headset any idea's would help!

Plug them into different sources should work. usb on pc and 3.5mm on phone, ipod, tablet,....
Sorry but thats the drawback of usb headphones. They are their own soundcard so if the dont have a 3.5mm jack to share with a friend then you are the only one whose going to be listening.

virtual audio cable. that software allows you to control what sound is output where and might allow you to do what you want if windows itself is fighting you. not sure if its going to be a 100% fix in this case but its worth looking into to see if it covers what you want.
