Have you tried turning it off & on again?

Seriously, though, contact Facebook. Facebook is the entity that has currently locked up your Facebook account, so Facebook is the ONLY entity that can unlock the account.

I'll say it one more time before you just copy & paste your OP again: CONTACT FACEBOOK SUPPORT. No one else -- & especially no one here at TH, employee or forum user -- can help you unlock it.
