Several solutions, depending on how you watch TV (and what you call TV):
- Get a TV tuner, set it up to capture and record the programmes you want;
- Sign up for a cable / satellite TV. Some of them offer a way to download recorded programmes onto a tablet / PC;
- Check the network' website, sometimes you can watch old reruns here. I don't think you'll be able to download them, though.
