How to wire the HDMI cable to a RCA cable

I have both cords wAnting.to cut one.end of.each one and.wire them together

HDMI Is digital video and audio. RCA is analog video and audio. A passive cable will not work.
If you need to connect HDMI to RCA you will need an active converter. They don't work in both directions so an HDMI to AV is different than an AV to HDMI converter.
