I have a Sony KDL-42W654A wireless TV in the same room as the windows 7 destop PC, how can i stream wirelessly to use the TV as a monitor for my PC? any and every idea PLEASE!

If you just want to play files that are on the PC the TV supports DLNA so set that up. A Chromecast stick is the easiest way if you want your entire desktop or browser to appear on the TV.
