How will my laptop run games?

Hi, I have a Lenovo Z50-75 laptop, I was wondering if any of you guys know how it will perform, and if it was a good deal for $375.
It has an amd a10 7300 quad core kaveri apu with r6 graphics, 8 gigs of ram in dual channel, and a 1366×768 display. It also runs windows 10. As of now I can run tf2 maxed out at 2x msaa, 60fps, but I know even a toaster can run tf2 at a good framerate. Thanks for your help guys.

Hi,

You shouldn't have any problem running Team Fortress 2 in high settings. But with new games like GTA V your laptop may have some hard time running it in Medium to High.

Do you think low settings at a constant 30 fps is achievable? (At 1366x768)

You should be able to play newer games, not at high settings, but you should be able to play them.
GTA V could run on medium settings, I think.
