What do you expect to play?(What games how often)
What do you want to see in framerates?(are you one of those guys that start screaming when there is 1 little hikkup?)
A bigger problem than teh 4GB of ram will be the harddrive. It's a 5400 RPM 2.5 inch, that means it's about 2-3 times slower than a desktop Hdd (4-5 times slower than a budget SSD.) for everyday use(if you go hardcore even more)
Why would you want a Laptop and not a desktop for gaming?

Well i'm not much of an expert but some games would be
-Prototype
- Left 4 Dead 2
- Generals Command and Conquer
- Call of Duty Black Ops 2.

I've included another laptop in the question if you could please have a look at it as well, and as another option
I also found The Toshiba L750-A105 with Intel Core i5 2.0 and 6gb ddr3 ram and it says vga 2gb to 5gb shared but im not quite sure what that means.

Which one would you recommend to be the best?

Oh alright! How about The Toshiba L750-A105 with Intel Core i5 2.0 and 6gb ddr3 ram and it says vga 2gb to 5gb shared but im not quite sure what that means.
I tried searching for what graphics card it would include I found it might have a NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 520M with CUDA™ Technology . is the hp still a better option?

Alright great! and just one more thing, sorry im not much of an expert, but with the HP would the new games work with low settings or would it be sluggish ?

Edit: I found HP Pavilion g6-2298se with only a 30 dollar difference, it has a Intel i5 2.5 core, 4gb ddr3 ram , but I can't seem to find anything about the graphics card :(

Pretty much every game you can run with this CPU&GPU, you can run with 4Gb of RAM as long as you don't have many background processes. Your loading times with the HDD will be very long as said before.

Thank you both :) I'm gonna try to find out the graphics card of HP Pavilion g6-2298se because it's only 30 dollars difference plus the Pavilion has a 2.5 GHz core instead of the 1.6 GHz in the first laptop so I guess it would make a difference no?

Okay so I got the information about the HP g6-2298se Notebook but the email was a bit unprofessional... all the details were mixed up anyways this is what I got

"Model No Product No graphic card chipset cpu ram hdd optical drive keyboards batteries wifi imprint and webcam software panels
g6-2298se D4A12EA#ABV HD7670M/2G Intel CR HM76 Express Core i5 3210M 4GB 1600 DDR3 1DM 750G 5400 RPM FX DVD RW FX TRAY KBD BLK ISK STD TP W8 ARAB 6C 47WH RA 802.11bgn 1x1 WW Ruby Red/IMR WBC LOC FREEDOS 1.1 ARAB LCD 15.6 HD BV LED"

Im not really sure but comparing this Hp with the one i first listed above, which one would be better? and like we discussed, it would run games on low settings?

and the last question sorry im kinda clueless, this Lenovo Laptop is more expensive by 300 dollars but would you recommend purchasing this instead? http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/lenovo/y-series/y510p/#techspecs

Thank you!!

I don't think it'll have a double but yeah I believe it would be better! Thank you for your help! Appreciate it! :)

EDIT: Just found it it has a Nvidia GeForce GT 740M 2GB graphics card instead of the one listed on the website ... Still worth it?
