HP 15 laptop missing RAM

I have an HP 15 laptop.

I have a 4GB Ram stick and a 2GB Ram stick in it. And only shows 4.48GB usable.

I have already tried the system config fix. And I have already replaced both ram sticks. Still showing the same thing. Any ideas?

does it have a dedicated gpu? if not, the igpu would use some of the system ram.
