Solved! HP 15 Notebook outputting DVI signal to TV, need to force HDMI output

So I've been having issues with audio on my laptop over the last month or two after reinstalling Windows 10, it will not output audio to my TV. I have multiple reasons to believe that the problem is the GPU, When i plug my xbox into both HDMI ports of the TV, the audio works, when i had Ubuntu installed on the same laptop, the audio worked, and whenever the TV or the laptop powers on, it is displayed as a DVI signal, which to my understanding is a video only output. If i were to somehow force my laptop into outputting a HDMI signal to my TV, then most of my issues will probably be resolved.
The current GPU i have in there is a variant of the Intel HD Graphics setup.

The issue is likely in the TV port setting not on the laptop. Where do you see this info about a DVI signal.
