HP 15-r052nr Notebook PC Not Displaying Fully on Screen

Hello,

This one has got me stumped. I reinstalled Windows 10 on this laptop HP 15-r052nr and for some reason with all drivers installed it will not display fully to the besel. There is black borders all around like there is an issue with Scaling. I downloaded all the drivers and tried all the Intel Scaling options and it still doesn't put the screen full. The resolution is at native 1366x768 but its not taking up the whole screen. I'm at wits end trying to fix this. =(

Any ideas?

What graphics card are you using? I ask because if it is NVIDIA you should be able to make the adjustments in the NVIDIA control panel. Or if it is AMD you should be able to make the change in the AMD Catayst Control Center.
