Question HP 15s-fq1512sa Support

Good morning,

I'm trying to find support for this laptop but when searching via the HP Support web site, it states that it is Out Of Warranty and there no support listed. I am in particular looking for the latest Bios for this device, please can any one assist? Thank you in advance.

does the laptop have the hp support assistant installed? try using that
Thanks for your reply Rgd1101, we have a feeling that the Bios is corrupt and it keeps blue screening when trying to run/reinstalling windows. Really surprised that I'm unable to find any support files for the device?

The device had a Bios update then it just keeps blue screening (no error codes), Your Device ran into a problem.
Tried to install windows 10 from a usb and get the same.
Please can you help obtain the support files manually as I am unable to get into Windows?

so you could get into bios?
is there a memory test in bios?
reset to default or performance bios settings
Can get into the Bios and I have run all of the tests including the memory one. Tried starting the device up with windows + v then windows + B but I need the bios to override the corrupt version?
