HP bricks bios and caps lock blinks 3 times

Model is a HP pavilion dv6 6080ep. I flashed BIOS and it worked. By accident i changed the display to PCI . now it does boot but just a black screen, caps lock blinks 3 times. I removed and put the memory stock the problemas still persists. I tried the HP recovery by a USB drive but it seem that it doesnt recognize the USB drive

Possibly bad RAM?

It was working before the bios PCI thing setting. Maybe it burned? How can i see if it's " broken" ?

Not sure. I just remember that blink code denotes a possible memory error. Sorry.
