Im planning to buy a basic notebook, for work, simple gaming, video, and web browsing. Which would be best in all around perfomance?

T2330:
Intel Pentium dual T2330 w/ Gma x3100
1GB DDR2 Ram
DL DVD±RW/CD-RW drive
15.4" widescreen
120GB hard drive
Windows Vista Home Premium
Built-in wireless 802.11b/g

F750US:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 TK-57 w/ Nvidia go 7000m

Built-in wireless 802.11b/g
1GB of DDR2 memory
DVD/CD burner
Windows Vista Home Premium

They are both really similar, and both about $469-$499. If there is a notebook you find around this range, i would like to know of a better deal. And i do not really care about cpu brand, but which cpu would be quieter in laptops + better IGP?
