HP ELITEBOOK 8440P SHOWING "Your system is locked" message

Hi, HP ELITEBOOK 8440P showing a popup window like
"Your system has been locked please contact the United Help Desk at 1-888-848-3375
Please reference KI ID 103232 FOR PROPER ROOUTING"

after all os windows 7 loading this popup is coming and not allowing to do anything. Please help to solve this problem..

This appears to be a scam. Try booting the system in safe mode and run a full anti-virus/anti-malware scan to remove the offending malware.

No luck... In safe mode also The popup window comes.. I have selected safemode with command prompt.... What should I do

On another system, get a standalone system scanner (see below). Download the ISO and burn to disk. Boot from the disk and run a full scan of your system. Remove all that is identified.

Are there any stickers on the cover that have a serial number or machine name on it?
