Hello everyone, I have a few question regarding this laptop (HP ENVY NV6-1110US Sleekbook AMD A-Series) cant seem to find too much about it at all.

I want to know if this AMD A8-4555m APU 7600G can handle any type of gaming such as Sonic Generations, Black ops II and World of Tanks, I have bought the Lenovo S405 and later found that it only runs DDR3 in Single channel (only x1 SO-DIMM slot), Stupid right? Quad Core AMD but limited to single channel DDR3 lol very fail on lenovo's design to use 10+ year tech today......but back to the HP Envy sleekbook, I will be buying this laptop at the end of the day regardless even tho i found from HP's site a Intel i5 3rd Gen equipped with a HD 7670m (HP ENVY Ultrabook 4t-1100) for $804 and its the same outside look and design as the AMD series i will be buying, i really rather have that but i am stuck buying from Newegg since i have a $530 gift card. I am mad that Newegg doesn't carry the HP ENVY Ultrabook 4t-1100 or another other HP Ultrabook with the 7670m, i would be all over it and ready to buy but yeah any input would be awesome! I plan on buying the HP ENVY NV6-1110US Sleekbook AMD A-Series maybe on Monday or Tuesday Dec, 10th or 11th.

Thanks peeps! :sol:

Yeah that APU is not designed for anything more than light gaming. If you want a laptop to game on, look for something with a better gpu, such as a dedicated 7600 or higher (AMD) or 630m or higher (Nvidia).

I doubt that 7600G can handle black ops II on anything higher than low-medium settings.

Thanks for the input, It's impossible to find anything on this HD 7600G, no benches or anything :( I bought a 240GB Mushkin Chronos Deluxe 7mm SSD to throw into this HP laptop along with 8GB of G-Skill 1600Mhz DDR3 which will clock down to 1333Mhz 8 CAS so i will do some runs and post results about it myself and if i don't like it I'll sell it and get the HP Envy 4t-1000 with the Core i5 and 7670m 2GB card. I love the Slim Low profile sleekness to these laptops!
