Solved! hp laptop 15-ay075nr wont turn on self diagnosement

I recently went to get my laptop repaired for a faulty hard drive. Once i got it back i found out something was wrong and it wouldnt turn on. I opened it up to take a peak and saw nothing wrong dont know what could be wrong with it since it at least turned on before i took it to the shop. Ive done ram and hard drive replacement before but im not such an expert as to figure out what happened. Will post pictures of the inside. Tried all the usual methods unplugging turn off and on etc. Seem certain its a hardware issue. Light indictator is on when plugged in but screen wont turn on

If it was turning on before you took it in for repairs, and when you got it back after it was 'repaired' it won't turn on, I would take it back and get them to fix whatever they didn't fix.
