Solved! Hp laptop always on high performance after installing SSD drive

i installed Samsung 850evo SSD drive and its working fine but in power option balanced power plan is missing. Only samsung high performance and hp recommend power plan is showing..

Also on both plan CPU clock speed is always 100% even when laptop is idle, due to this CPU temp is going upto 65 degree Celsius , earlier it was always less than 50 degrees..

Can anyone tell how to get Balanced power plan back which reduces CPU speed when laptop is idle...

uninstall the samsung utility and install the HP eco utility/driver

which hp model is it?
