HP Laptop blank screen?

Hello. I have an HP 15-g018dx . When I turn on the computer, the screen lights up but nothing happens. I hit the BIOS key, and it freezes up on the Loading BIOS screen.. I sometimes get "No Boot Devices Found". I took my hard-drive and put it in my other laptop and it wouldn't boot either. Is the computer not booting because hard drive is broken? I switched out the RAM and kept the same hard drive nothing different.

No it is the same after I switched RAM. I'm wondering if its's hard drive or not.

HDD shouldn't stop you from getting into bios, did you follow the service manual

Well when it worked, there was no bios screen, it went directly to HP logo with a spinning thing. Then I got into windows. I will try resetting cmos. What I find weird is I changed out the ram from my other laptop and switched the sticks. The laptop with working ram (HP one) still got stuck at Bios, and laptop with broken ram got a blue screen and restarted.
