HP laptop Oven

Hello,
i have a problem to my hp laptop, when the time that i use the headset its not working headset jack, the time i use it its not work, the speaker of laptop only its work but the headset its not?

double click the speaker icon in the lower right hand desktop, this brings up audio settings. the audio settings may allow enabling the headphone jack.
