Hp laptop with toshiba hard drive

I have a HP255G5laptop and it has a toshiba hard drive but on startup it says the hard drive is locked and when i do all the rquired tests it passes so when i try and bypass all the questions its asking me for the admin password which i have never set up and so i do not know it ... what am i to do please help

I edited your post because all capital letters indicate shouting and is considered bad manners. I also removed your version of the word "questions".

We can't help with password issues because we can't see definite proof of ownership.

Take it to a professional PC Fixer and provide that proof and they may be able to help.
