so what I would like to know is if my BIOS are Up to date. Version F.32 Rev 5.0 and if not were do I find the new one's and how to update never done it on a laptop before. HP pavilion x360 convertible Model 15-br077nr

You would go to the HP Support Page for your laptop model to check for updates.

As it turns out, there are updates for your system, but I would ask why you are considering updating the BIOS? This should ONLY be undertaken if:

1) You are experiencing some sort of compatibility issue
2) The BIOS description specifically states it resolves the issue you are experiencing.

If both conditions above do not apply, then do not attempt to update the BIOS.
