Hp pavilion dv3 running hot

Hi All,

My HP Pavilion dv3 laptop (has an AMD Turion X2 Ultra 64) is running really hot.. Is this normal? Or should I send it back to the manufacturer to look at it?? I haven't customized the laptop or anything.

i had the same problem with out of the box VISTA

i got a copy of windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and the heat problem and fan running high are gone now.\
i did a clean install of windows 7 and deleted everything off the drive so i have full use of the 250 gigabytes it came with.
ATI has a new video driver for this laptop and the rest of the drivers can be downlo0aded from windows update.
and this laptop runs simply amazing with windows 7. are you running vista 64 bit now? right click my computer left click properties to find out.
