HP Pavilion dv9700

I have a HP Pavilion dv9700 that i am trying to get to power on. I am pretty committed to the process of making it work. I have tried all the tricks with holding down the power button and such. I am pretty convinced that it is the motherboard/power supply. I am looking to replace them and would like to know if anyone knows a good place to get them?
