HP Pavilion g6-2235tx Win 7 not recognizing WIFI adapter

Hey, hope someone would answer or will know what problem i might be heaving. Ive been trying to fix my WIFI,Ethernet cable on other side working perfectly, nothing wrong with a modem.
F12 staying orange no matter how many times you press it.
Device manager does not show any WIFI adapter, under network adapters only family controller.
I've tried installing different types of adapters, when install is being processed, it tells me to replace adapter that is already existent.
I've tried updating bios. did not do anything. im thinking can it be hardware problem, not software ?

Most of those adapters are Mini PCie cards, can get a replacement and see if that works. Should be pretty cheap.
