HP Pavilion N5150 memory ram higher than 128mb

I have this HP Pavilion that i try to upgrade windows 7, but as i know not enough memory to upgrade the OS
I would like to know if i can find any 144 pin Ram compatible with HP Pavilion N5150 memory ram

I tried to upgrade from widows XP to windows 7 but it require more memory than the ones that are in 256MB. I would like to know if i can install a compatible memory Ram with higher capacity maybe 1GB so i can do the upgrade

Time to get a new laptop and stop wasting money on that.
