Hp pavilion x360 convertible will not power on!

I have tried a hard 30 second reboot, tried win key plus b key with reboot, tried all that I can find. Help.

Try this.. if none works, it may be the power adapter or motherboard... but the laptop doesn't seem old enough to be either of those issues... so, it's probably just the BIOS. Corruption is very common from what I can tell by so many issues posted here that are caused by it.
