i have hp pavillion dv5 laptop and its not booting... can u tell me the solution to fix this problem...

Sorry to hear your dv5 is not booting.
So when you power on your laptop, what exactly comes up on your screen.
Are you able to enter BIOS.
Please provide some more information.
