HP spectre 13 vs X360 vs. XPS 13

Hey,

I'll be getting a new laptop soon (windows based).

I'm choosing between those 3. I don't really need the 2 in 1 thing that x360 offers - I'd use it just like a regular laptop.

8th gen processors are a must. x360 costs a little less than the other two. Is it as good though?

Does it even makes sense to go with a 2 in 1 if I'm never gonna use it?

HP Spectre 13 or Dell XPS 13 - which one is a superior laptop?
