Question HP Spectre laptop touchpad/screen issue.

My HP specter laptop has an issue when using the touchpad or a external mouse. Whenever the cursor moves over an executable portion of what's on the screen like a button, etc, the screen goes black until you move it away from that executable spot. This does not happen with the touch screen. It was not always this way and I have tried updating drivers. I have tried the external mouse while that touchpad is turned off, all to no avail. Occasionally it will work correctly for a while and then start doing it again out of the blue. Any help would be appreciated

Nowadays RAM is not working properly. Sometimes the issues you are facing can be due to RAM also. I think you should check RAM of your system.
