HP Stream 11 for League/Audiosurf2/Undertale?

I'm looking to replace my aging Dell Mini 9, and I'd like to load up League of Legends and a few other light games. Would it be a good option, or would there be something better. Storage isn't an issue, as I can add a USB hub and RAID that together for storage+speed.

If you are looking for a low end laptop from $199 to roughly $300 you will only find laptop with a similar CPU as the one used in the HP Stream.
