htc one pictures gone!

My pic r gone (new HTC one )phone- first couldn't transfer pic from old- viola! There they were! Now,I can't find them cannot explain any better(old phone was a blackberry)*9810.blackberry 9810

The Blackberry and the HTC One have different operating systems so there's a good chance that they had different file extensions , did you attempt this transfer using your computer ?
