Huawei Ascend P7 issue

My mobile was not responding when I tried to unlock the screen. Then I had restarted the set and also tried to remove the battery. However, still the same that I am unable to do anything as the screen is not responding.

Expert, please resolve the query.

Possibly a busted screen/digitizer? If that is the case, there is not much you can do but replace it.
