Solved! Huawei p30 pro

Hey there am Claire and need help with the Huawei P30 as it can't install anything that I try to download and it's telling me 99percent has been used. I just started to use it today.
What could be the issue

Sounds like your internal memory is full. How much memory did your phone ship with?

It shows me 64 GB and I mean I have just started to use it today but it just tells me to clean space which I havent downloaded anything et.

But how can it be full? I mean Nothing is on it

Odd, the versions of that phone I looked at earlier for specs contained either 128 or 256GB of storage. From where did you purchase this phone?

New to hear I got it in Uganda and am even wondering what could be the issue as it has 64GB and now it has 86.99 MB without me doing a thing on it

Is it an authentic device? If 100 percent sure it is, it could be defective or previously used.
