Hughesnet for Tigerstream?

I'm not sure I'm in the right place for this question. Sorry in advance if so.
Would Hughesnet work for streaming TV with Tigerstream? What are your opinions on Tigerstream? I want to drop Directv.

Tigerstream seems to be a very expensive Android TV box. They don't give much detail of what you get for maybe ten times the price of most Android TV boxes with Kodi installed.
As for will it work with Hughesnet if you can stream video using a browser on your computer or smart TV with it it will work for Tigerstream too.

Thanks. I should probably go with something cheaper to see how well streaming will work. Very good idea.
